Cancellation / Refund Policy

All Deposits are non refundable!

PLEASE BE SURE YOU BELONG IN THE EVENT

BEFORE PAYING THE DEPOSIT OR THE FULL TUITION!

~ Non-Residential Courses and Workshops ~ 

For cancellations more than 14 days before the Event, a 50% credit
can be applied to any future event or personal healing sessions.

For cancellations less than 14 days before the event, we are
no longer obligated to give a refund or credit.
 

*** Deposits and tuition credits are transferable
to friends and family toward personal healing
sessions or training with Shamanic Bodywork

~ Residential Retreats, Adventures and Training ~
All Deposits are non refundable!

For cancellation 60 days (or less) before the Event:

Only is your space can be resold will we consider a partial refund.

This is simply because all the lodging expenses on Kauai
are paid out months before each course begins.

~ Personal Training ~

A 50% deposit is required to book and confirm a
Personal Training to be post it in our calendar.

~ Healing Sessions ~

For Private Healing Sessions, payment-in-full is required, directly
after the video/phone consultation activation and booking,
A 10% cancelation fee of the full amount of the booking will be
deducted from a refund due to cancelation more than 3 days
before the personal training or healing sessions begins.

*** NO Refunds or Credits ***
are available after a Personal Training has started,
or after any private healing sessions have begun.
